Labor Day Food Vending

We are very excited to announce that Tristan Toleno of Entera Catering will be running the food vending at the Labor Day Dawn Dance. Tristan is a fantastic local chef and caterer who ran the Riverview cafe in Brattleboro for many years. Tristan will have sweet and savory items for sale throughout the dance, including:
- pizzettes
- wraps
- chili
- tapas
- buttermilk country cake w/ fresh berries
- chocolate and raspberry pastries
- chocolate mousse
- fruits and other snacks
- drinks (hot and cold) including coffee and tea
Many items will be vegan and gluten-free, and many will likely feature local produce. If you are looking for dinner, dessert, or a late-night snack to get you through until dawn, we encourage you to check out Tristan’s tasty offerings. Enjoy!
